Description: Keynote Speaker, Susan Noyes, Noyes Consulting, will present "Workplace Negativity: Transition to a Positive Approach", and will allow participants to deal with stresses that contribute to workplace negativity such as rapid change in providing health care services, staffing shortages and having to do more with less. The curriculum will help identify what negativity is, common negative behaviors, what positive workplaces look like, understanding yourself and others, and positive steps to zap negativity.

LOCATION CHANGE: Location Change from CHA to Holiday Inn North Haven. Same time, same speaker. Directions to the Holiday Inn North Haven: Exit 12 off I-91. From the south, turn right off the exit ramp and the hotel is immediately on the left. Coming from the North, the hotel is directly across from the exit ramp. Members - $30.00
