Betsy Shelley, Treasurer, is a Senior Vice President - Manager Healthcare for Webster Financial Corporation (Webster Bank) out of the Hartford Office. In that role, Betsy is a Relationship Manager for Healthcare lending for the Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Westchester county, NY area. She moved to Webster after fifteen years with FleetBoston Financial, Fleet National Bank focusing on Healthcare Institutions, Connecticut Not-For-Profit entities and Commercial Mortgage-Real Estate.

Betsy holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Western New England College (Springfield, MA) and a BA in Economics and Government from Smith College, Northampton, MA. Betsy participates in the Healthcare Financial Management Association and Association of Long-Term Care Financial Managers. She presently serves on the Board of Directors for the CT Center for Primary Care, is a Corporator for the Connecticut Institute for the Blind/Oak Hill and has served on a number of volunteer organizations including the Smith Alumni Regional Club Coordinator, United Way, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and the Hartford County Board of the American Diabetes Association.
