Margot Larson, Vice President

Margot M. Larson is the founder and principal of Management Alternative, LLC., a consulting practice providing management coaching and a full-range of human resource services. Prior to founding Management Alternative, LLC in 1990, Margot was Director of Human Resources and Facilities for Imprint, Inc. a printer and publisher with locations in West Hartford and North Haven, Connecticut and has held several HR related positions in Connecticut and in the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Margot is a charter member and current President of the Human Resource Leadership Association of Eastern Connecticut, has served as a Board of Directors member and President for the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and Vice President of the National Cancer Awareness Foundation.

In 2001, Margot authored and published ³Jump Start Your Life² about choosing your own lifestyle before someone chooses it for you.
